Strawberry Daq

Ingredients
- 55 ml White rum
- 25 ml Fresh organic lime juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- Dash of Difford's Daiquiri Bitters by Bob's Bitters
- Fresh strawberries
Method
Add the strawberries to a shaker and muddle them then add the remaining ingredients. Fill the shaker with ice and give it a good shake. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a strawberry, a sprig of mint and a daiquiri lolly.
