Bob’s Peppermint Bitters

Bob uses dried Polish and Bulgarian peppermint leaves for a bright peppermint bouquet and a distinctive menthol flavour. The resulting peppermint liquid has a hint of citrus and a slightly bitter, woody finish.

Reviews for Bob’s Peppermint Bitters

With its woody mint profile, Bob’s Peppermint bitters can be put to use in a winter-inspired Mojito, or better yet, add it to a Thermos of hot chocolate to add a kick to your next toboggan ride.

Brad Thomas Parsons, author of ‘Bitters’

Bracing and minty, just one drop will transform your cocktail into a winter wonderland. Try these in Genever cocktails, hot chocolate, Irish Coffee or to add a touch of coolness to a tropical tiki styled beverage.
