Bob’s Spring Bitters works in harmony with gin, rum or apple, elderflower and ginger based cocktails. Alternatively, for a non-alcoholic drink, add a couple of dashes to sparkling water, lemonade or soda water for a thirst-quenching beverage.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Apple gin
  • 10 ml Ginger liqueur
  • Dash of Bob’s Spring Bitters
  • Elderflower tonic

Method

Build directly in a chilled glass. Add first three ingredients and give it a quick stir. Add ice, top with tonic. Garnish with dehydrated apple and elderflower, give it a gentle stir before enjoying.
