- 50 ml Cuban Rum
- 25 ml Fresh organic lime juice
- 15 ml mint syrup
- Dash of Difford's Daiquiri Bitters by Bob's Bitters & Bob's Peppermint Bitters
Add all of the ingredients, except the Champagne, to a shaker together with ice and give it a good shake. Double strain into a chilled glass and top up with Champagne.
