Ingredients

  • 50 ml Cuban rum
  • 25 ml Fresh organic lime juice
  • 15 ml Homemade mint syrup
  • Dash of Difford's Daiquiri Bitters by Bob's Bitters & Bob's Peppermint Bitters
  • Champagne

Method

Add all ingredients (first four) except champagne to a shaker together with ice, give it a good shake. Double strain into a chilled glass, top with champagne.
