Fruit Crush


  • 60 ml Rum golden/spiced
  • 30 ml Fresh organic lime juice
  • 15 ml Amaro Montenegro
  • 15 ml Peach liqueur
  • 10 ml Pineapple syrup
  • Dash of Bob's Peppermint Bitters


Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with crushed ice, give it a good shake. Dump into a chilled glass, top with more crushed ice. Garnish with dehydrated peach, lime peel, pineapple lolly and sip with a bamboo straw.
