Fresh White Lady

Ingredients

• 30ml Rutte Dry Gin
• 22.5ml De Kuyper Triple Sec
• 22.5ml Skinos Mastiha
• 22.5ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 15ml Two Chicks pasteurised egg white
• 4 dashes of Bob’s Peppermint Bitters

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake without ice and strain into chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with lemon zest twist and mint sprig.
