Apple & Ginger Fizz

  • 60 ml Nykur Vodka
  • 30 ml Fresh organic lemon juice
  • 20 ml Green apple syrup
  • Dash of Bob's Peppermint Bitters
  • Ginger beer


Add all of the ingredients except the ginger beer to a shaker with ice and give it a quick shake. Double strain into a chilled glass with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with dehydrated apple, sprig of mint and sip with a glass straw.
