Fresh & Royal

  • 60 ml Gin
  • 20 ml Fresh organic lime juice
  • 20 ml mint syrup
  • Dash of Bob's Peppermint Bitters
  • Champagne


Add all of the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice. Give it a good shake and double strain into a chilled glass. Top up with Champagne. Garnish with mint and lime peel.
