Ingredients

  • 50 ml Ginger rum Spytail rum
  • 20 ml Fresh organic lime juice
  • 20 ml Strawberry syrup
  • Dash of cherry balsamic glace
  • Dash of Difford's Daiquiri Bitters by Bob's Bitters

Method

Pour all ingredients in a shaker and fill with crushed ice ❄ give it a good shake. Dump into a chilled glass, top with more crushed ice. Garnish with dehydrated lime & strawberry & lime peel and sip with a straw.
