Ingredients

  • 50 ml Light white Cuban-style rum
  • 15 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 10 ml Sugar syrup (2 parts sugar:1 part water)
  • 4 drops Difford’s Daiquiri Bitter’s by Bob’s Bitters

Method

Shake the ingredients with ice and double strain into pre-chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
