Earl of Cornwall


Ingredients

  • 50ml date-infused Rathlee's Rum
  • 20ml Earl Grey Tea Syrup
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • 1 dash Difford’s Daiquiri Bitters by Bob’s Bitters

Method

Shake all with ice and strain into a long glass with ice spear or ice cubes. Top with Aromatic Tonic. Mint garnish
