Ingredients

  • 40 ml Calvados Boulard
  • 20 ml Apple brandy Radius Lab
  • 20 ml Red vermouth Ferdinands
  • 7.5 ml Pommeau Christian Drouin
  • 7.5 ml Elderflower liqueur
  • Dash of Bob's Abbotts Bitters

Method

Pour all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir over ice to preferred dilution. Strain into a chilled glass with a rim of freeze dried apples and elderflower. Garnish wtih a dehydrated apple.
