Ingredients

  • 60 ml Whisky
  • 30 ml Fresh organic lemon juice
  • 15 ml Demerara syrup homemade
  • 1 bsp Vanilla syrup
  • Dash of Bob's Abbotts Bitters
  • Pear

Method

Muddle pear in a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and fill with ice, give it a good shake. Double strain into a chilled glass, garrnish with dehydrated pear and lemon peel
