  • 60 ml Whisky
  • 30 ml Fresh organic lemon juice
  • 15 ml Demerara syrup
  • 1 bsp Vanilla syrup
  • Dash of Bob's Abbotts Bitters
  • Pear


Muddle the pear in a shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. Fill with ice and give it a good shake. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garrnish with dehydrated pear and lemon peel
