Amaretto Sour​

I find dessert cocktails are perfect for the holiday season. The Amaretto Sour is one of my favourites, with its sweet nutty flavour and the most delicious velvety texture.

Ingredients

• Disaronno Amaretto 50ml
• Fresh Lemon Juice 25ml
• Bob's Abbotts Bitters Dash & 5 Drops
• Egg White
• Lemon Peel Garnish
