Ingredients

  • 40 ml Butterfly Pea Flower Infused Gin
  • 10 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 10 ml Violet liqueur
  • Dash of Bob's Lavender Bitters
  • Indian tonic water

Method

Build directly into a pre-chilled glass by adding the first four ingredients except the tonic. Give it a quick stir, add ice and top with tonic. Garnish with a lavender.
