Created in 2017 by Simon Difford at the Cabinet Room, London, England


  • 45ml Ketel One Vodka
  • 22.5ml Tio Pepe Fino Sherry
  • 22.5ml Martini Extra Dry vermouth
  • 15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 6 drops of Bob’s Lavender Bitters


Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with small lavender sprigs pegged to rim.
