Lemon Balm Negroni
Ingredients
- 40ml Warner Edwards Melissa Gin
- 25ml Lillet Blanc
- 12ml Suze Bitter Aperitif
- 12ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
- 2 drops Bob's Liquorice Bitters
- 3 drops lactic acid solution
- 5 drops saline solution
Method
Add all ingredients into a rocks glass. Stir for twenty seconds until cold and diluted.
