Black Jack


  • 4 drops of Bob’s Liquorice Bitters
  • 45ml Byrrh Grand Quinquina
  • 15ml La Fee Parisienne absinthe
  • 15ml Picon Amer
  • 15ml De Kuyper Triple Sec
  • 22.5ml Chilled water (omit if using wet ice)


Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and Black Jack chew.
