Ingredients

• 45ml Ketel One Vodka
• 22.5ml Pierre Ferrand Curacao
• 7.5ml King's Ginger Liqueur
• 45ml Freshly extracted carrot juice
• 5 drops of Bob’s Coriander Bitters

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a coriander sprig.
