Yardhead

Ingredients

• 50 ml Yardhead Whisky
• 12.5 ml Benedictine DOM
• 12.5 ml Rosso Vermouth
• 1 bsp Maraschino liqueur
• Dash of Bob's Orange & Mandarin Bitters

Method

Add all ingredients to your favourite mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until perfect dilution then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with dehydrated orange and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick.
