Bloody Sour

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Yardhead Whisky
  • 30 ml Fresh organic lemon juice
  • 20 ml Blood orange syrup
  • Dash of Bob's Orange & Manadarin Bitters
  • Egg white

Method

Add the ingredients to a shaker and give it a hard shake. Add ice and shake until well chilled before double-straining into a chilled glass. Garnish with dehydrated orange.
