A tropical twist on a classic. This serve starts with rich Caribbean-aged rum and a bright splash of triple sec, but the magic truly comes from Bob’s Orange & Mandarin Bitters. These citrus bitters add a vivid, aromatic lift that slices through the depth of the coffee and rum, tying everything together with a perfectly balanced burst of zesty sweetness.

Crowned with a silky vanilla cream infused with Bob’s Vanilla Bitters, the drink gets a final dusting of freshly grated nutmeg for warmth, fragrance, and that irresistible Caribbean flair.

  • Caribbean Rum 30ml
  • Bob's Orange & Mandarin Bitters
  • Triple Sec 15ml
  • Black Coffee 60ml
  • Vanilla Cream made with Bob's Vanilla Bitters
  • Grated Nutmeg Garnish
