Ingredients

• 25ml Martell Cognac
• 25ml Clement Rhum Select Barrel Aged Rum
• 20ml Fresh roasted coffee bean infused Amaro Averna Digestif
• 10ml Clement Rhum Creole Orange Shrub
• 3 drops Bob’s Vanilla Bitters

Method

Stir with ice and pour into a coffee-smoked glass with a Chartreuse dust

Top with a maple syrup foam
