Portobello Star Manhattan (Perfect)

Created in 2011 by Jake Burger at the Portobello Star, London

Ingredients

• 60ml Rittenhouse Bottled in Bond
• 15ml Martini Extra Dry vermouth
• 15ml Carpano Antica Formula
• 1 dash of Bob’s Abbotts Bitters

Method

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry on a stick.
