Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ shot Martell VSOP Médaillon Cognac
  • ¾ shot Poire William Pear Liqueur
  • ½ shot Romate Don Joose Oloroso Sherry
  • Bob’s Abbotts Bitters

Method

Stir all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Garnish with grated tonka bean and dried rose petals.
