Irish Affogato

  • 40 ml Freshly brewed espresso
  • 40 ml Irish whisky
  • 20 ml Salty Caramel Rum Liqueur
  • 20 ml Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
  • Dash of Bob's Cardamon bitters
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate & nutmeg
  • Salted caramel syrup


Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until preferred dillution and strain into a chilled glass over a scoop of good quality vanilla ice cream. Grate a little nutmeg and chocolate over the top. Garnish with a little salty caramel syrup.
