Irish Affogato


  • 40 ml Fresh brewed espresso
  • 40 ml Irish whisky
  • 20 ml Salty caramel rum liqueur
  • 20 ml Irish cream liqueur Baileys
  • Dash of Bob's Cardamon bitters
  • Vanilla icecream, chocolate, nutmeg & homemade salted caramel syrup


Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until preferred dillution, strain into a chilled glass over a scoop of good quality vanilla ice cream. Grate nutmeg and chocolate over the top, garnish with a chocolate and a little salty caramel syrup.
