Dark & Smokey


  • 30ml Plantation Rum Gutamalan and Belize Rum
  • 50ml Cold Brewed Cascara with added cassia bark, clove
  • 3 drops Bob’s Cardamon Bitters
  • 3 drops of saline solution


Build in a mixing glass

Pour into a glass smoked with Cascara and ice

Top with Fentiman’s Spiced Ginger beer
