House Pisco Sour

Ingredients

• 50ml Pisco
• 20ml lime juice
• 12.5ml Poire Eaux de Vie
• 12.5ml sugar syrup
• Bob’s Coriander Bitters
• 15g egg white

Method

Shake well and serve in a glass of your choice garnished with a dash of Bob’s Coriander Bitters and a fresh coriander leaf.
