Blueberry Knees

  • 50 ml Gin
  • 25 ml Fresh organic lemon juice
  • 15 ml honey syrup
  • Dash of Bob's Ginger Bitters
  • Blueberries


Add the blueberries to a shaker and give them a muddle. Add all other ingredients and fill with ice then give it a good shake. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with dehydrated lemon and freeze-dried blueberries.
