Red Whit


  • 40 ml Rhubarb & ginger gin
  • 15 ml Elderflower liqueur
  • 1 bsp Hibiscus syrup
  • Dash of Bob’s Spring Bitters 
  • Indian tonic


Pour first four ingredients in a chilled glass. Add ice and give it a stir. Top with tonic. Garnish with rhubarb, freeze-dried elderflower and sip with a surfsidesips straw. Gently stir before consuming
