  • 50 ml Gin butterfly pea flower infused
  • 15 ml Pommeau
  • 15 ml Elderflower liqueur
  • Dash of Bob’s Spring Bitters 
  • Elderflower tonic


Build directly in a chilled glass. Add pommeau, elderflower liqueur and bitters. Give it a quick stir. Add ice, top with tonic, float with gin. Garnish with dehydrated apple and elderflower. Stir it gently before sipping.
