Lemon Pie

Ingredients
- 30 ml Vodka
- 30 ml Licor 43
- 20 ml Limoncello
- 20 ml Fresh organic lemon juice
- Dash of Bob's Vanilla Bitters
- Freshly made italian meringue
Method
Add all ingredients - except the meringue - to a shaker and fill with ice. Give it a really good shake then double strain into a chilled glass. Top with meringue and torch it with a gas burner.
