Cosmic Espresso Martini

  • 40 ml Pineapple Infused Golden Spiced Rum
  • 40 ml Freshly brewed espresso
  • 25 ml Salty caramel rum liqueur
  • 10 ml Espresso liqueur
  • 1 bsp Vanilla syrup
  • Dash of Bob's Vanilla Bitters


Brew the espresso in advance and chill. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice and give it a good shake. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with coffee beans and a salted caramel mallow.
