Peach Tonka Sour


Ingredients

  • 50g bourbon or gin
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice
  • 5 drops Bob’s Tonka #2 Bitters
  • 20g peach juice
  • 5ml peach syrup
  • 15ml egg white or foamer (optional)

Method

If you are using egg white or an alternative foamer, first add all of the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (without ice) until blended. Add ice then shake again until chilled. Double strain in a chilled coupe glass, garnish with a peach slice and sprinkling of grated tonka (or nutmeg) and serve.
