Angels’ Advocate

Adapted from a recipe created by Tess Posthumus

Ingredients

• 45ml Rutte Dry Gin
• 5ml Warninks Advocaat liqueur
• 15ml Monin Vanilla Syrup
• 20ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 dash Bob's Cardamom Bitters

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled Martini glass. Garnish with orange zest twist (cut to be cross-shaped).
