Bob’s Cardamon Bitters

Bob’s warm, spicy-sweet cardamon bitters was created to mirror one of the principal botanicals contained in gin.

The Guatemalan cardamon seeds used by Bob supply the robust flavour in this tincture, enlivened by notes of citrus and with eucalyptus providing a sweet/sharp counterpoint.

Reviews for Bob’s Cardamon Bitters

Cardamom Bitters work excellently in combination with other bitters ... and offer a decent sweet and spicy taste to your cocktails.

Rueverte

Reminiscent of Indian spice-driven cuisine, these are very well done and perfect for use in gin and rum based cocktails. The cardamom flavor is slightly sweet, making them easy to blend into a drink without overwhelming the balance.

Good Spirits News

The robust aroma of cardamon combines well with underlying hints of lemon and eucalyptus and a trace of sweetness offset by a sharp bitterness.
