Don Julio Avant-Garde Paloma


Ingredients

  • 25ml Don Julio
  • 600ml Grapefruit juice
  • 25ml Vanilla liqueur
  • 12 dashes Bob’s Vanilla Bitters

Method

Into a siphon combine Don Julio, grapefruit juice, vanilla liqueur and vanilla bitters. Charge siphon with carbon dioxide to add fizz. Dispense into chilled champagne flutes and garnish with grapefruit zest.
